It sure makes sense to be a 99-00 bumper. I never changed it. Those lights in my avatar are no longer on my car and I'd be willing to sell them. I think I paid like 80 a piece a few years ago on ebay and took them off their mounts a long time ago.

no if you google it or look around the forum you would see that they r not same!! they are very rare!!
