Hey guys, just wanted to ask if anyone has gone with this setup:

I just got 205/60/16 with 16x7.5 +43 MB Weapons in Gunmetal from DTD, but I'm getting very slight rubbing in the back with passengers.

I can switch out the wheels for a 16x7.5 +48 MB Gear in Gunmetal. Has anyone had this same size setup?

Help, I don't want to make the same mistake twice.

shameless bump...

also, a good way to tell how much rubbing you are experiencing:

Line you inner fender with masking tape (the portion of the fender that juts into the wheel well), put some weight in the back seat, and start pulling some hard turns.

When you hear some rubbing, get out and take a look at the tape. I had a nice straight black line right at the edge of the inner lip.

Now, i think the the extra 5mm (going from +43mm to +48mm) will clear it, but i want to hear more input on this

Another question, have any of you guys experience rubbing in the front with any type of tir/wheel setup? I thought I maybe heard something the other day, but it could have been my imagination (plus it was raining very hard). I would imagine the best test would be to go over a speed bump faster than normal?

Yea, it looks like I'm going to have to go that route. I went ahead and had the other rims sent out. I wanna see if those fit better, if not ill just roll anyways.

Problem is, I can't find a body shop near me that will roll them. Everytime I call, I get the 'Oh no, we don't do that' response as if they are scared of it.

I found a place that does it, but with a mallet. I'd rather find someone with the tool.

Either that, or I might try the baseball bat method, slowly....
