As promised hardpipes are finally ready for sale. Attached are what all of our hardpipes will start out as. Everything else is up to you! You pick the powdercoating, you pick the flange, additional cost for aftermarket flanges(currently $5 for greddy), you pick the details.

Why should you buy our pipes?
* Notice that ours are SINGLE pipes, no ugly weld marks, no worries about variation, the CNC machine provides EXACT copies with no welding, just single smooth mandrel bent pipes.

*Our pipes are powdercoated aluminized steel. Not just any powdercoating, the best automated powdercoating available, the same facility Harley Davidson uses for its motorcycle components. This means we can back our product with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, thats right we will stand behind our product for life!

*We only use silicon connectors with industrial t-bolt clamps.

*Unlike our competition we dont charge an enourmous amount for an aftermarket flange additions

*Why wait 3 months for other hardpipes when you can have yours the same month?

*This doesnt require you to wait for a group buy, this is the normal price!

As said before this is what your hardpipes will start their lives as, all the finishing details are up to you!

dsm: i would recommend hump hoses. not for the vibration but for the ic endtanks braking/comming loose. the reason i have fmic is due to having straight coonectors on my pipes and it caused my endtanks to come unclamped from the ic. as for the t-bolts great idea but remember not everyone knows when to stop tightening them, and can brake there in/out of the ic since they are plastic. dont get me wrong, i am not bashing, putting down your product, just letting you know the issuses i have with mine in the beginning..

can i run the dual setup with the bpv/bov? i want our stock BPV and the HKS BOV........if there is still room mark me down.......PM a.s.a.p i will be on most of the day .....i got some more questions also if u can PM me

i have a question about the bracket as well.....
the one that is on the stock plastic pipes.
how are the solenoids and lines are mounted now?

oh and mine is for the stock bpv by the way. do we get to pic the color of the couplers. I would prefer hump hoses at the ic though...

dsm, yes, please post list so I know I'm on it. And also, I would like to know about the solenoid issue, as well.

I know this question has already come up a couple times, but I'm curious as well and I have not seen a reply yet...

Could I run a dual setup with these pipes, using both the stock BPV and an aftermarket BOV simultaneously?

ok guys sorry, but my house, my gfs house and my rents house are all in direct line of hurrican charlie and we've been evacuating all day and doing sand bags so I'm a little swamped with getting back and such. Ok lets see if i can knock everything out in one blow...byondspeed thanks for the post(thanks especially for being nice even though I'm a competator) in regards to your concerns, when we did the prototype end tank rigidity was another thing we kept an eye on and we didnt seem to have a problem, but i will go ahead and check on pricing for hump hoses, also on the t-bolt clamps it would require a ton of force to crush the pipe, but when the hurrican is gone I'll see just how many ft/lbs of torque it takes to crush it so that everyone will know what is too much, but I can say that anyone who has messed around with turbos knows these are the best clamps hands down for the job. Solenoid bracket, yes they will have a bracket same as all the other different hardpipes out there. Dual vavle setup....this you'll have to read the forums for as far as stalling and what not, we can set the pipes up to run both the stock bpv and an aftermarket flange, though I still dont understand the logic for this....shipping to canada was going to be checked on today but everything is shut down till monday, so I wont be able to get that done just yet, in regards to that everything else(powdercoating and such) is also going to be 2 days behind b/c of the storm. Ok I hope I got everyones questions, if not EMAIL me. Pm box is clogged beyond belief and I still have 15 to reply to!... john@airflowlogistics.com Next post will be the list thus far, first 10 are free shipping(canadians we will be working something out) everyone else I will have shipping for when everything opens back up.

Ok Frank and Slo, you guys need to email me asap and confirm you want to order and the details. If I dont hear from Frank by tomorrow(assuming i have interent access) I'll have to bump your free shipping spot to Mr. 11. Ok the hurricane has messed everything up....flanges were due to arrive today, but obviously that isnt going to happen, also the powdercoating facility is closed so that will be on a 2 day lag starting monday. Canadian shipping I will figure out as soon as fedex/ups opens back up, a few of you mentioned combining your orders which would be a very smart and cheap move. Ok guys like i said please email me(I have wireless in my jeep, so mother nature can kiss my ass) pms might not be read till ground lines are back up.

DSM, I'm sorry, I must have written the wrong color...I would like, silver please.

WooT! # 2 on the list! I can't wait to get these pipes on!
Oh, and I hope the 'cane misses you!

Two questions:

1. Does your hardpipe setup come with all the intercooler piping, or just the two pipes pictured?
2. Where/which pipe will the BOV flange be welded on to?

Well, very intrested... Want the pipes in red... but... I want to wait on the intake too... Will it be Short Ram???

ok, i'll bite....just how many pipes should we have?

1.There are only two pipe's for the intercooler (1)turbo>IC (2)IC>TB.

2.I assume the BOV flange will be welded on to the #2 pipe the IC>TB pipe.that's if, you want to run the dual BPV/BOV setup.

3.Free bump for john, good luck with the hurricane bud.(2thumbs)

DSM, I know you're busy with the hurricane breathing down your back, but I would also like to know if there is a bracket to be welded on to mount the solenoid(s) to.

how much just for the IC\Turbo pipe....Its my understanding that the IC\Throttle body show no gain.....its all in the 1 pipe where the gains are made?

sounds good ill buy a set as soon as someone posts some pics of the powdercoated pipes in black and sliver(2thumbs)

oh and by the way since you are coming out with midpipes, intakes,Fmic also i think your products need some sort of name....$200 hardpipes is a pretty crappy name for such a nice set of hardpipes heh.

Convert Hardpipes has a nice ring to it (lol2)
