$1000 to burn on mods

Okay, my wife gave me the go ahead to buy upgrades for my PC worth about $1000. I thought about it a little more and said why don't I take that $1000 and put it towards my car. My question to you guys is what is the best way to spend this on my '02 ES auto? My goal is performance and handling. I already have a CAI but what else? Header, exhaust, springs...? dont go for performance with an auto, trust me i know, $1000 isnt enough to do anything. just make it look and handle good

I say get susp like JIC's etc. that way you'll have all the handling you'll ever want

all the mods you can get for an auto you will not feel a significant difference because all the power you get will be up high, and your car will shift before you feel the power. if you get a turbo, it better be something tiny, like a stage one (which is like 2900 bucks from spool with everything you would need, assuming youd do your own install), and even then i would worry about the tranny crapping out after a while. so basically, with an auto, you might as well just go for looks and handling as opposed to performance.
