it was pulling fine in front of me, but man does it stink...

Who needs cats? There's room for fine tuning. That's for damn sure.

And whether I liked it or not, I was able to test higher boost pressures yesterday. It crept up to 12 psi, and all was well.

I "fixed" my boost issue


It was set to 15-16 psi before the waste gate would open..

So I turned it down to 11-12 and it hits that is is steady (no spike or creep)

Still needs a tuning run but it's running good enough (I'll have to tune before my next auto-x)

changed the oil today...boy does the quick drain and relocated filter make my life sooooo much easier! i could change the oil with a tux on!
also, installed the miata roadseter short shifter....amazing difference!

I got a great deal on a trailer, for my non existent race tires... included everything I needed so there is now a hitch on the car

haha...i got a good deal on it too! guy had it his car for just a few months and was selling the vehicle, took out all the mods and i saved 100$...it is beyond awesome!!

Nothing. Its been sitting for a month. However, I do need to put tires on it.. Oh and Subspeed6 installed an 01 center console in it..

Yarp. She found the console and I snagged it as well as a top cover for 25 bucks.

Monday I am snagging the white face gauges for her car. The guy I have been dealing with is selling these cheap.

Drove mine quite a bit today. Remembering (and enjoying) how it's more or less sideways on demand.

I drove mine too today.

And due to the angle of the trailer where we were paddocked today, I think I dragged the exhaust and probably knocked something out of line, or loose, as I picked up a pretty nasty exhaust leak. I guess I'll check on that tomorrow or Tuesday and report back. Other than that: super fun event on a super fun course in a really fun car.
