FD wheels and they are 16" and 1/4 of the cost and might weigh less then whatever wheels orng1 has.
only way you will feel a difference is due to the weight of the rims, rotas are not horrible horrible rims.
expensive rims server one purpose to me and that is your image, im not knocking on them but its a protege, and i know protege's are the s*** and all, i mean we even have our own song haha, but i could never justify spening even 1k on rims for my car.

so when you coming to pittsburgh? lol ill make sure i have the FD's mounted up with my 245/45/17 tires.

FD Rims > Volk 16" rims hands down
Yes, volk are nice, and they prob weigh the same, but the FD rims seam stronger because of their design and weigh just as much and is CHEAPER! Like fatti says, its just image, I drove in many cars that have VOlK and Volk knockoff's for like 1/3 the price.... Feels the same. Rims are rims, depends how they are made is what makes they good or not,
Ill just get carbon fiber rims and spend 10,000 a rim to weigh 3 kg
and gain like a million HP!!! LULZ!
Rims are rims guys, we arnt race car drivers here, as long as they look nice we are good we arnt going to going to a track everyday, most of us are daily driven and with dailydriven rims i rather not have volks because of their price tag, i rather have a no name that is MUCH cheeper and works, and also looks balla.

i'm gonna get CF rims for my hayabusa.. they're only 1500.00 for the set.. whereas chrome ones are 2500-3k..WTF.. lighter and stronger.. and better looking FTW.

cheaper rims do bend and break, but rarely break. its all about status.
