Which offset?

2003 Orange Mazdaspeed protege
Alright so I am thinking about buying some XXR 527's but dont know what offset would be better to go with. The +25mm or the +35mm?
 
I'm getting the xxr 527 17x9.75 +25 , I'm just waiting for them to arrive to my door.
