Vac lines

I saw another forum member mention using a little squirt of hair spray when putting the line on to help ensure a seal and to make it stick. That plus a tiny zip tie has worked well for me.

clamps work best, IIRC using zip ties can cause the vac lines to leak right where the lock is....

also, what happened with this alex (flamsp)?

Does anyone have a diagram of the vacuum lines and how they are routed? What size goes where and what not. I know there is a diagram under the hood but I want to be able to print out a hard copy.

Just Replace Hose by hose with New silicone ones, or use a Vibrant Vac Block just like i have, Easy to install, easy to track what goes where, and since i have so many VAC lines, ive decided that Left side of the Engine will use Red Hoses and Right Side Blue, every single item that needs a vac source is getting it propertly and constantly instead of using Millions of Ts.....

I know my Vac System is different but alteast you will get an idea how to start and how to finish what you want to do. Hope it helps...

I just got lost under your hood. How do I get to all the vacuum hoses. some seem inaccessible w/o the removal of the IM

you dont need to remove anything.. just follow each vac hose and just replace them one by one. If you want to use Vac Block you only need to provide the Vac Block with a source and thats it. the rest goes to each place..

What about this line here?

And what about here? there's a line with a check valve here. It could be the same line in this 1st pic but i'm not sure
