oooooo thanks I am new this stuff..... does anyone know the answer
to my question I need to order it ASAP....

If I'm reading the info on the link you posted correctly these are the part numbers you need.

5/32" - VT4B
3/16" - VT5B
1/4" - VT6.

And I wasn't saying Samco isn't high quality, I was just saying Samco costs more and the lines I got from Verocious seemed stronger and the walls thicker.

And subbing is short for subscribing to the thread. If you post in a thread it will send you updates to your email when someone posts something new. Also you have a option on your user control panel to see what threads you are subscribed to so you can find them quicker.

Can anyone look at this web link and let me know which part number
I need to replace all my vac lines???

http://www.silhoses.com/products/parts.asp?item=VT

and yes I see the sizes listed on this thread but they are different here.

Thanks a million! for your prompt response I am just trying to get the best
quailty stuff for my car...I will look at that website your talking about.

Red and blue is a classic color scheme combo. The red would pop more but in the end it is personal opinion and up to you. But since you live somewhat near to me and I've already done the blue on blue combo you should go with red.

Allright, since you did it first. lol

to answer the question about what lines are what, while messing around under the hood I happened to look up and on the underside of the hood, framed out in the insulation stuff is a diagram labeled "vacuum line routing guide" should be useful when I do this.

I'm with livelyjay. I ordered the 20'-10'-10' lengths from Verocious and I had a ton left over, but when I put a vacuum block, bov, new bpv, and whatever else I'm sure all of that extra will come in handy.

What do you use to keep the vacuum line connected to the nipple? little baby tywrap? nothing? Do they make some nice clamps?

Clamps. Go to autozone or your local auto parts store and they should have a package of clamps with an assortment of sizes. Thats what I used

I use hose clamps and tighten those suckers down, vac leaks will cause so many problems and are ****** hard to find so i do this on most of my lines, if it doesnt have a hose clamp it has zip ties
