yeah, so my part list is starting to come together and im still biding my time on a few things..

since my motor is out im going to do all my internals first, ive got my forged, now its time for the cams

i found the cams on corksport and srmotors, i was wondering if anyone had leads on more camshafts, integral cams doesnt seem to be doin this anymore but i am looking for staged cams..

I also havent found any crankshafts with a different mill then oem.. actually not true, found one but said it was custom, 1200$. anything else?

also, has anyone had the adjustable cam gears with good/bad experiences?

If you want some Integral cams, you'll have to source them here on the forums or get them from http://www.megacyclecams.com/. I think the only adjustable gears that work properly with our cars is the ones Focus made

What are you looking for in a custom crankshaft? I know K1 makes/made a stroker crank, but I haven't seen it carried by any vendors I'm aware of in awhile. If you just want to make sure all your bearing clearances are tightened up, it would be far more cost effective to have your crank machined down and order oversized bearings.

As to adjustable cam gears, my understanding is they really aren't worth the trouble on a FI motor. Don't ask me for a technical explanation... I'm just repeating what I've heard

ive seen people refer to megacycle but their catalog only refers to motorcycles and i see no email address to speak of, integralcam website is still up but when you try and investigate into products its a dead end..

ill look into the K1's again but i just dont understand why their catalog is so small.. whatever

if i wanted to just machine down my current crankshaft i can do that myself but i was looking for a higher stroke really

i was able to find A pair of fidanza cam gears from jmracing.com but apparently they dont sell them any more and i picked up the last ones they had "in stock" i have not put them on yet but this might be the answer to my prayers!!!!!! (rought idle and dies)
