Beer + Vicodin

Vicodin - pain killer, like Advil, but stronger.
Beer- alcoholic beverage.

Both are depressant substances...

vi is not only a pain killer but dulls the senses, alcohol will amplify the dull sense- depending on ones tolerances to downers and narcs, its very possible it can be fatal.

You dont' want to just do Vixodin. That s*** isn't good for you and you get easily addicted, even if it's prescribed by your doctor....

Vicodin never had much of an effect on me...
I was perscribed for pain in knee and ankle, never helped. Ill just stick to booze.

My dad was prescribed them from his doctor for his neck. He turns around and sells them to his "Highly Addicted" friend at 7.00 a pop. he brings in an extra 300.00 a month off this guy.

The alcohol will amplify the affects of the vicodin. I would recommend avoiding all together.

They are $10 a pill from the doctor and are $5 a pill on the street around here...

Alcohol + Drugs = Bad. You don't know how your body is going to react with the combination. At the very least, you'll simply get drunk faster if you pop a Vicoden before you start drinking. Or you could end up dead. Or anything in between those extremes. I've seen many cases like this.

Most people aren't allergic to them. I was prescribed a similar pain killer for my wisdom teeth and it worked like a charm.. A year later I was presribed the same pill after a root canal and found that i was all of a suddon allergic to it. Very bad couple days to say the least.

Also.. taking pills isn't the worst thing you could do and might do nothing to you. But have you ever wanted to be a special agent for CIA person. Your second interview is a lie detector that ask if you've ever taken prescription drugs when you didn't need. If you have you are automatically out

Be advised that vicodin is not only a pain killer but a narcotic. Mixing this with alcohol is just bad joo joo.

Vicodin is a narcotic/opiate. As such, it is a respiratory depressant. That is not a big deal if you take it as prescribed, it usually isn't a big deal. If you mix it with alcohol, which is also a Central Nervous System depressant, you combine the two effects. This is a bad thing. What can happen is your body forgets to breath. So you pass out from "drinking too much", and never wake up -- or you get hypoxic injury to your brain (from not enough oxygen). The dose at which this can happen varies from person to person, and can vary from time to time in the same person. In other words: don't mix alcohol and narcotics. Even if you get away with it once, twice, or more, you never know when it will bite you...

Also, don't sell your prescription drugs. The person buying them could die from taking them due to the above scenario or for other reasons (vicodin is a mixture of drugs -- hydrocodone and acetamenaphen) like a drug reaction. Even if they take the dose on the bottle, the doctor writing the prescription wrote it for the person on the bottle: the dose could be different for the person who bought them illegally. In addition, selling prescription drugs is equally as illegal as selling illegal drugs.

My friend almost died because he ate two vics drank a few beers and took his sisters perscribed anti depresent medication. The last thing he remembers is telling his friend to "roll that blunt" next thing he knows he wakes up in the hospital and the first things he said when he woke up were "Did you roll that blunt?" and then realized where he was. I wouldnt recommend mixing, but use at your own risk.

Im jumping onto the big_ben bandwagon. You shouldn't need a medical explanation of why this is such a stupid idea. And if you do need an explanation.. well just go for it.
