how do I move my picture from mspaint to the forum??

Either go to User CP, Upload Files, and upload it there, then link it, or click the "Go Advanced" button, and down below the post, click the "manage attachments" button. Navigate to wherever you saved the file on your computer, and you're done!

Attaching it is quicker and much simpler!

It's right next to the "post quick reply button.

Or, If you reply to a post, you're already in "Advanced mode", and you just scroll down to the manage attachments button.
