Z828 Question

Hey guys....I was just wondering whether we can somehow download new screensavers into our headunit or change some module or something...I'm getting sick of the 5 or so screensavers that this HU currently has..

I'm not certain on this one, but I *believe* it can as well. It should say in your owner's manual if that's what you have. I just normally have mine with the equalizer display as well as the MP3 Artist/Song Name displaying.

Are you talkin about a owners manual for the stereo or the car cause the only thing I got with my stereo is a plastic sheet showing how to set the time and adjust the sound levels ect...

I meant the owners manual for the stereo...strange I got the plastic quick setup sheet you mention, but I also got a big juicy manual on some of the finer features of the stereo.

Damn I got hosed Tommy I got hosed. Crap how do I get a big thick juicy manual. So do you have the z828 or z919,if you have the z919 then maybe you can look in yours to see how to change the screen saver. Thanks

The answer to your question is NO. We are stuck with the same screensavers four ever. I have the big fat manual with me and it does'nt say anything about downloading screensavers.

Yeah, I didn't think so - I read that whole manual months ago while I was waiting at a dr office and I dont remember reading anything about that........
