z828 problem

Sometimes when going over bumps here and there, the screen of my kenwood828 flashes or restarts for some reason. it's really weird. Has anyone else had this problem?

Isn't it just a simple matter of bringing it into the dealer and having the face replaced on warranty? I know I had issues with the volume sticking a little...brought it in and had it replaced in 2 days.
