WARRANTY
* Products ordered will arrive w/ all items and accessories as described on the auction. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a speedy resolution if package arrives opened or damaged.
* All brand new items are to be free from manufacturers' defect complete with all accessories. All defective and incomplete package claims need to be filed within 7 days of delivery.
* Brand new and unopened products can be returned within 14 days for merchandise credit however, a 35% restocking fee will apply. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & handling charges and will not be credited.
* Please email us for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item so that you can expect a speedy resolution. No returns will be accepted w/o RMA #.
