Theres a small trick to doing a small check yourself on a cylinder head to see if the valves are seated properly or slightly bent without seeing it visually. Obviously the heads installed. But if you pull it again heres how to check it.
Flip the head upside down, with the bottom of it facing up to see all 16 valve faces. Take some brake cleaner or alcohol and fill the area with fluid. If the valves are bent or theres a problem with the valve seat then the fluid will leak out quickly. The fluid will go down eventually, but should go down real slow. And you should atleast have 165 at all cylinders....most run 170-190
And you can purchase the grinding compound and little suction cup lookin tools to hold the valve to clean the surface and seat the valves properly.
