WTB: '02 MP5 roof rack

I'm looking to buy a roof rack for my 02 Protege5 before winter really hits us up here in the great white north.

it appears the (canada)models didn't come with one. all I have are the little plastic filler caps. and I can't seem to figure out how strap anything at all to those. (eyeballs)

anyways, let me know if you, or someone you know has one to offer.

I'm in Canada too, looking for roof rack (same situation as OP) Whats needed then just the rack and then bolt it tin or..? Sorry just not familiar with process. I have the caps and would definitely trade for roof rack.
