eibach pro springs provide a 1 to 1 1/4 inch drop for most applications with about a 30% increase in stiffness and spring rate for a stiff ride and better handling. having them put on and having the dealer see them, depending on how cool they are, might cause them to raise a fit. basically, law says that it must be proven that said modification causes a part to fail in order for that parts warranty to be voided

yes it will void your warranty.
Drops your ride 1.2-1.4 inches and more than likely you won't notice that the ride is that much more firm... it's really more for looks.

It really depends on what breaks and how. It also may be up to the individual dealership as to what they say about warranty coverage and aftermarket parts.

Looks and cornering ability will be improved. Getting better shocks and a 4 wheel alignment along with the shocks would be the best bet; not to mention that new Progressive rear anti-sway bar.

It will void warranty on your suspention parts, not on the rest of the car. Remember that dealer has to prove that your springs caused damage in order for them to void warranty on that particular part.
