Windshield scrach

Well I'm not sure if this is the same situation, but I have a windshield crack with no signs of impact. Pretty upset considering I've only had the car for a month.

Going to the dealer tomorrow, but I'm sure they are going to fight me.

This is the worst I've seen so far. I looks like it started at the edge as so many before have reported, but then it actually split in three. I bet they will say the "stone impact was where the split is. Try to make some macros of that area so you can lately prove it was a clean split. They'll most likely try the "ball pen" test and create something resembling impact in the process.
