Why I will get a speeding ticket

I have driven a chevy S-10 2.2l for the past 8 years. Little gray haired women in Yugos would shoot me the bird and tell me to get the hell out of the way because I was driving too slow. I had enough of this crap so I purchased a CX-7 last month and low and behold I can't keep my foot off of her. I take people off the line at red lights-stop signs-parking lots- hell, where ever, I dont care as long as I take you off a line. I'm having a blast in this monster. It is sooo easy to do 80 w/o feeling it, unlike the s-10 that would shake the crap out of me. So as you can see a speeding ticket is in my immediate future. After 8 years I want it. Yea Baby!

LOL I know what you mean about "off the line"... I definitely love to leave people in the dust with this car.

Do keep in mind that the more you do so, the more you're eating up gas... though I know in my case it hasn't really been enough of a deterrent for me

haha, get a ticket for reckless driving and that oughta slow you down.

I know i had alot of fun when i went from my 91 ford ranger into my MSP, but you gotta find the proper time and place both for your wallet, and for the safety of yourself and others.

I let my buddy borrow the truck. He owns 2 benz (an slk & and E-class) as well as a 5series. Hes taking a visit to the Mazda dealership asap. This truck is converting people. It is just as much EASY to go fast as well as its fun to drive. And, in the time that he had my truck, he got pulled over for going close to 90 and not even realizing it. Thats what this truck does so well. It goes FAST with smoothness and handling that makes you believe you are going much slower.

^^^ LOL you right thank God i had no tickets since the day i purchased the cx-7 (6moths ago) i always drive about 85 mph to 100 mph and it feel like 60 or 40mph I love this beast!!!

While we r still on the topic of tickets, i just had to step out of hte office to do some banking. On my way back on the highway, i was tailed for about 9 miles. I wasnt speeding, but some reason i guess the guy felt like following my truck lol. He was an unmarked, however i could see his hidden lights infront of his rear -view mirror when he was behind me. So we played a speed up and speed down game for a while. Then he flashed his lights twice and exited. Asshole. lol

My first ticket was in my Mazda RX 8 two summers ago after 22 years of driving.....now my CX 7 actually is better off the line(I had auto RX 8) and I am trying to behave but the most fun is stepping on it as I fly past someone that is driving to slow...she zips around like no tomorrow!!
