Why can't this be the new MS3?

this engine chews them up and spits them out and keeps running minor dammage ive seen results of a big goose.

no just airbus A320 with cfm56 on it older desine then ours. ours was desined with better FOD resiliance.

More cylinders=smoother engine. That is the major reason four cylinder engines dont go over typically 2.5 liters. Ever seen a piston from a v-12 ferrari ? they are super tiny. Thats why we dont have 5 liter one cylinder engines.

Dude, a 1 cylinder engine would rock. Since # of cylinders = # of strokes, you'd get way more power and gas mileage out of it.

The six stroke looks really stupid. They add an additional two strokes for a a water injected steam power stoke and exhaust stroke. Do not want.

so you against engines that are more efficent and with reduced emissions??? hell reduced weight from being able to remove cooling system.

lately they have been hypnotizing us into thinking that their new car designs are actually anywhere near good looking

BACK ON TOPIC -- kind of anyway

http://wot.motortrend.com/6477853/m...mpt-to-slay-fwd-n-rburgring-record/index.html

The Nrburgring isn't just for the big boys. According to a recent report by the UK's Autocar, Ford plans to attack the Green Hell with its new Focus RS. The aim is to set a new front-drive benchmark, a record currently held by the race-ready Renault Megane R26.R.

With 305-hp, 325 lb-ft of torque, and torquesteer-eliminating RevoKnuckle suspension, the RS will bring a well-stocked tool belt to accomplish its task. As European Editor Paul Horrell wrote of his experience behind the wheel, "Your confidence comes from the simply amazing handling. Even with such a pointy turn-in, all four tires share the workload mid-bend. At full lateral g, if the ESP's off, you can back off and get a beautifully progressive and catchable loosening of the tail."

Of the attempt, a Ford spokesperson said, "It's no secret that we will be looking to achieve a time at the 'Ring, but there's no set schedule for it. We didn't get any opportunities before Christmas because the car's production set-up wasn't confirmed and the weather was against us. But we can work on it now."

Autocar reasons Ford will attempt at the next industry event, scheduled for March 31.

I don't believe a six stroke is more efficient or less emissions. I will keep my four cylinder fourstroke mzr disi and you can have your v12 six stroke.

Either you are retarded or an obvious troll.

Please be the troll.

Riddle me this, if a six stroke was more efficient then why are no auto makers puting them in cars today when the six stroke was around since before the turn of the century?

Yea man and why don't we use liquid hydrogen as a fuel yet when we've been launching rockets with it since the 1950's, amirite?

RIDDLE ME THAT.

That's beside the point. Go out and get a wack ass v12 sixstroke and tell the forum all about it. Or better yet leave the mazdaspeed3 forum entirley since you despise it so much. Again, I think the mzr disi is a great engine and I would like to keep mine.
