Which Clutch?

I need to replace my clutch because it is starting to slip. I am going to start a turbo build later this summer and I am looking to get either the Exedy or ACT stage 1. Is one better than the other or will this be enough in the long run? I'm completly clueless on this I am planning on going with the T30.
