Usually a non-freak out post asking for some comunication can be done though this site and someone from there usually will respond.
Not only are they closed until June 1st, but they make everything themselves. This is good on one hand but tends to lead to a little slower responses since most of the time is spent on fabricating everything that people have ordered.
The products are top notch, but understand that this isn't some merchandising company that buys from other manufacturers and ships them out the instant they get an order. Having a shop that does custom work lacks that luxury, but makes up for it in specialized support for the community.

They responded to my PM on here, but they won't give me a phone number where i can reach them, instead, they asked me for my phone number, but, they never called me back??
I ordered from them, they took the money and wrote back saying the goods were sent and gave me an estimated time that the mail would reach me. This was supposed to reach me last week. They don't have good customer service, not good for business!!!

I hope I don't have to wait that long for a throttle body. It's been over 2 months already.

It is definately feeling like i'm being jerked around!
I ordered through them thinking they were a reliable company as lot's of people talk about them on here?
I guess it's safe to conclude that anyone orderring through them should be WARNED that they don't have reliable service.
I don't know why my item is taking so long even after they've told me that my goods are sent out and i've paid them a lot for shiping too, why can't they give me a tracking number? Makes me feel frustrated as well as makes them look suspicious by the type of follow up they given so far!!!

I ordered their catless midpipe about a month ago and I'm not worried.... YET. I never got any emails or PM's back from them on anything I sent but I know that alot of people had good experiences with them in the past so I wasn't too worried about it. After reading some of this though I don't really know what to think. I realize they were moving and that all their stuff is custom built and takes time but I'm only going to wait for another month or so before I try to reach them to tell them to give me my money back and just order the Corksport midpipe and catback. Sorry for the long post

I asked about a refund I couldn't get it. But since yours is different you shouldn't have a problem.
The new number isn't working here in Utah yet.
As far as built blocks go, there are 4-5 at the machine shop right now, including one that has been there over 3 months, so you aren't the only one waiting. They are a very very highend machine shop, so when something more important comes in, what do you think happens?

the throttle bodies are still in the process. The guy who had them initially ran off, and 65 racecoupe had to go over and pick up the unfinished throttle bodies. He still has thousands of MAMs money...

I've been told by MAM that my item has been shipped too, I was supposed to get it last week. Now I'm starting to have doubt's about MAM being truthful about what they told me. Why won't they give me a tracking number, and if it's true why didn't my item reach me in over one week then?!? MAM service sucks!!
