What is this adapter for?

Long time no see people, I am modding the car again first things first though is does anyone know what this adapter/cable is for situated directly behind the steering wheel panel.

It only has three cables as shown, Green, Orange and Black. Is this for the welcome illumination kit or something else.

I have circled the adapter it is. Hope that gives you a better idea.
