What have you done to your P5 today?

Thanks for the info Jigga. I was actually just thinking that I don't remember the S-Techs dropping the P5 as low as yours.

Ordered the following to upgrade my BC's. Just so you guys know, BC does make shorter rear shock cartridges so you have more room before hitting your ebrake. Also the springs are 20mm shorter

Springs:
- Front: 200mm, 8k
- Rear: 200mm, 10k
Shock Cartridges
- Front: standard length, 8k valving
- Rear: 40mm shorter length, 8k valving

^They should sell them that way to begin with! How much did the new parts set you back?

Seriously, but if you are buying new, you can order them that way without additional cost. Springs are $100/pair, Strut cartridges are $95 each. Came out to just over $600 with shipping

made a virtual shopping list of tune-up parts for this weekend:
-Valve cover gasket kit
-Torque Wrench
-Bosch Platinum +4 plugs
-Coolant (possibly thermostat - been running hot recently)
-dielectric grease, gasket sealant & some anti-seize lubricant
-new belts (minus timing- hopefully this will put an end to the squealing)
-K&N air cleaner kit
-Synthetic oil & filter

Changed the oil on Friday, rear main is still leaking. Was hoping it might have been miracoulsy fixed. haha And rotors/pads arrived. Hoping the weather is nice on Sunday to get them installed.

Got confirmation the I totaled the p5 last saturday :(

more reason why i love my mazda. leave the gym this morning and in the complete sea of black/grey/white cars, the only two with color were my p5 and a 2nd gen mz3. go mazda!
