What have you done to your P5 today?

Right when I took off from the parking space at work, a couple days ago, I hear the exhaust louder than normal. Pull over to find my stock axleback had come apart at the welds from last install. Repaired yesterday and while I was down there I decided to swap in my new Empire Tuning short shifter and red stitched leather shift knob. Feels great now, solid and smooth.

I'm just glad it made it in one piece, they do not make those covers out of much material and they flex like crazy..
It does flex, your packing/chopsticks saved it imo. I reinstalled it yesterday JT, it wasn't quite right so I slowly peeled it off, heavily coated it in adhesive and put it on using a towel to smooth it out, similar to a sticker or vinyl. It's perfect now, no raised surfaces, no peeling. I'm happy. I Know I want the Guage surround, I'm also contemplating the center console/arm rest cover

I rebuilt front left and rear left calipers and completely replaced the rear right this weekend. At least it gave me a chance to paint them black also...
Well...A while back I had my front bumper repainted. Not too long after, I went off road to avoid a dog and ended up running into a hill just enough to tear up my bumper. Most of the tabs broke and the new paint job (which wasn't done right) started chipping and shattering. It looked like this
I bought a MSP bumper (it has no side marker lights) and started getting paint quotes. I've been holding out on paint since it's been growing higher and higher. Every quote I get is about $200 to paint a primed bumper. Yesterday I gave up on this POS bumper falling apart and barely hanging on. I Plasti-dipped my MSP bumper black, changed over all the hardware, and installed the aac protege brackets
It's temporary. Kinda looks like I have a bra on.

What suspension is this riding on?
Researching Mazda6 brakes. Looks like the Mazda6 03-10 rear rotors are the same but they switched calipers 03-05 then 06-?. And double checking StopTech and Hawk carry rotors/pads for the appropriate years. Going to look into SS brake lines too. Looks like they might be a different setup than the P5.
Anyone with a Mazda6 brake upgrade have any info on lines and rotor/caliper year differences?

heyheyhey! Since when did my car get stechs? I'm actually riding on progress springs and kyb struts. 215/45/17 and it doesn't rub after rolling fenders. I'm super happy with it
