They were kind of a b**** to fit behind the grill since they are the snail shape. I kind of wish I got the supertones for their smaller size. I really like the sound though and am definitely glad the little baby horn tone is gone

Really? Mine are snail shape too and I thought they were easy to install.

Anyways, I messed around with making a logo for my retrofit customers. What do you guys think?

I think I like #3 the best. The idea is to create a logo to make a sticker out of.

#3 looks best for a picture, but maybe if you cut a little more off the bottom of the 'M' so it doesn't curve around as much and still looks like the mazda 'm' and is more clearly an 'M'. Just my $0.02... But don't cut off too much...

If I were a customer I would say #3 as well. but ditto on the trimming of the evil M

personally i think using the evil m is sorta cheesy. draw something up yourself or find one uniform font to use. try going to dafont.com and finding something there to use.

Mazda font and super simple. I plan on making it half an inch tall and 6 inches long.

^^^the 'mazda' font?? If so you may want to reconsider as you may get hassled down the line for using it without permission. It has happened in the past.

It's not even called 'the' Mazda font, it's called "SF Automaton" so there won't be any copyright/infringement issues.

The stickers will also be silver in color.

I'm not sure what the actual name of the font is but a vendor on here got hassled for doing vinyl in the font mazda used. It was some time ago but ask Rickman or Jackelope why they won't make anything using that specific font.

Really? Mine are snail shape too and I thought they were easy to install.

Wiring and mounting was easy, but they stuck out too far and hit the grill when I put it back in. I should check them in a week or two to make sure one is not hitting the radiator and melting.
