What have you done to your P5 today?

srsly... I haven't had one in... ever. See pics here to see what I regularly do with mine hahahaha. MAN I love how much this car can haul :D

seriously??? I like mine! It hides the random stupid s*** i leave in the hatch.

It bugs and when ever i load stuff it always just ends up in my back seat taking up space so i ditched it, Im always carrying around my gear for training and what not.. it now sits in my moms garage with my tock tires and rims and a plethora of stock parts

Ditto., When we moved last time, I put it in to move it and then pulled it right back out again. And it's stock legal to keep it out, so who knows when I'll put it back in. :)

What color did you paint? Hook it up with pics! :D

22V

you took it to a shop?

Got it painted for free at a body shop. A close friend has a 22V P5 also. He was getting some rock chips and a bad dent fixed under insurance, and the body shop had left over paint, so he took my stuff and got it painted for free!!!

Here's a couple pics:

Added yet more oil. I had a pretty nice "POOF" of blue smoke upon startup this morning but the smoke clould quickly went away - vavle seals anyone? Also noticed that one of my brackets for my Progress 22 mm swaybar sheared off. It looks like the bottom bolt worked its way out and then the extra allowed movement destroyed the bracket. Anyhow, went to the Home Depot, bought some 1/8" thick aluminum, cut it down to size, drilled some new holes and presto, new bracket. I also went out and got some better hardward and put everything back together. Took some of the preload out of the endlinks to see if that won't avoid the problem next time.

Jeez...All of this must be so depressing. I feel for you. & I get bummed out when I have to add a small drop of oil every 3k...Hope you find a solution to everything soon.

I hate that thing, you could of had mine for free hehe
Boo! Where were you a year ago. ;)

lookin' good! glad to hear the package arrived safely!
Yup Yup! Thanks again. :D

One man's junk is another man's treasure! What else you got? ;)

You have to have a rear cargo cover around here. People see a bag in the rear or on the seat and start to think it just may be filled with pure gold bars or something.

I know a guy who had a window busted and the only thing he had was a bag on his back seat. They stole it, assuming it was filled with unmarked $100 bills or something. It was just his stankin sweaty gym clothes, probably still warm and moist!

lol yeah tell me about it my dumbass brother used to break into cars to steal the cd hanging from the rear veiw!! Needless to say he isn't running the streets right now.

I'll take them of your hands for free ;) They'll be a nice tinting project :p hehe.

Do the stock springs ever go bad? I'm going to be changing out my struts. Hopefully I'll get them by next weekend. ;) (Hint! Hint! willkill!) I'm praying that the endlinks hold up. I'll probably soak the hell out of them with penetrating oil the night before. I was thinking of changing out the wheel bearings but good lord they are pricey!! The front ones were $38 each and the rear assemblies were $75 each.

Yeah it is quite depressing considering everything was fine to my knowledge just a week ago. I'm really hoping it isn't something too serious (like leaky valve seals aren't serious) but I really don't want to rebuild my motor now. I want to in the future, but who knows, might just have to expedite the process...

Finished installing MintBlue last week=) checkout pix in the photo section. still not done and got more plans.
