It's so embarassing to drive that I think I'm going to toss my mountain bike in the back of it and bring it back to them so they can use it for someone else. I don't have work today, just have to get the 6ish miles to campus for 2 and then I'm out at 8... wait crap, it's more like 10 miles from the body shop to campus, but still not bad and it's pretty nice outside today

The insurance adjuster had just left before I got there though (encourage and wasn't going to be back for another hour. I wish I knew this insurance adjuster's phone number so I could tell him the things to look for. No one from the body shop writes anything down when I tell them

Theory is theory.. I'll see how it goes. The trade-in value on my car would seriously be like 5-6k dollars (even totally unmodded) so I could barely even get a 1st gen miata unless it had 200k miles and was rusting...

according to kbb.com my trade in value on my car is $7,775. I'd do better just selling it myself as it sits. Private party value = $9,525

But that won't be for another 5 years down the road. Got to trade in the truck for a newer one before I ever even think about trading in my little ole Prote.
