What have you done to your P5 today?

Word...pics for the win!

I like my set up.
The stock MSP sub/amp in the back. Custom mounted...even though I used the stock MSP brackets and bolts.
Stock appearence & extremely clean.
Just need to upgrade the stock 8" to something a bit better.

I want pics of that right now! *prods*

I've always thought it would be great to mount the stock MSP sub enclosure to the "privacy tray" over our trunks so that for the rare times I need to haul stuff I could just toss it out of the way. The Infinity BassLink isn't bad in that respect, but it still has too many wires connected to be convenient. One of these days I'll wire up a custom quick-connect plug or something.

How do you have the MSP sub wired? Is it easy to disconnect?

It's not a big deal,

I too kthe car out of storage and put the lugs on, drove for like 400 meters and the Left Rear started to rattle. Electric Impact was in the back seat... Nascar Garage Style , Zoom Zoom Zoom Zoom Zoom (rei)

I'm going to be taking it out when the new sub gets ordered and I'm going to redo the wiring w/quick disconnects for easy removal. Even though I've packed that rear section full and never had a complaint.

See 2nd page for the view w/the privacy lid down & the 'lip' on the enclosure removed.
It looks like it belongs there. Everyone that has seen it in person just about fell over because it actually bolts right up...ha ha.

Enjoy.

I deserve rep points for this folks....so don't be shy.

oooo! I should get the enclosure and just bolt it right to the privacy cover so that it can be easily removed. Nice work

Nope.
Thought about that.
It's too heavy.
The privacy cover lifts up bud...no need to bolt that to it.

my P5 has been in the shop for the past 5 FRIGGIN DAYS getting the remote starter looked at/fixed. it had better be done tomorrow or i will be pissed!

I guess I'll just stick with my basslink and just design a quick release plug for it.

Installed the AWR front motor mount

Which hardness? I had the hardest one in but taking it out made my car feel so much better. the rattling was gross with the one I had.

got a flat tire on the 17's last nite at the gas station.... put the stock on back on this morning in the freezing cold out side of a gas station that i had to leave my car at :( how ever has anyone drivin a 04 pontiac grand prix gt.. sob's get up and go.. drove the moms to work last nite :D

Ok.
So my boss gave me the day off.
It was warm.
So I decided, I was tired of no bass.
So I got the JL 8W0 for the enclosure. $75 was a steal of a deal!!1!
I just installed it and since I had washed the car a little earlier, I decide to go to a park around the corner and take some pictures.
