What have you done to your MSP today?

looks great!! I can't wait to upgrade and clock my turbo. It looks a lot cleaner without the hot pipe right there. Plus in my situation, it would put me at ease. My hot pipe is a little too close for comfort to my MAM manifold. It's not touching or anything, but it would definitely look better with a clocked setup. I think I may upgrade sooner than expected though. My turbo has some shaft play and I don't like it at all. I had plans on going to a GT30 and I may eventually go for it. But, I may just jump to a t28 for the time being.

I'd be worried about the transmission blowing up if you did anything bigger than a t28. GT30 would require some serious supporting mods. I feel if I tuned my setup as is on the stock t25 to 15psi and 11.5 afr I could be around 250 wheel. But an F/IC and tune is looking like $1000. Thats a big pill to swallow for me.
Oh I'm sure there will be problems, but I'm planning on doing a trans build after the motor. I'm well aware of what it takes to make power with the car. As with any build, things will always break along the way. It's part of the game. Looking at builds like BrianMP5T has really motivated me to keep going with my car. I hope that one day, my car will be somewhere near what he has accomplished.

Its a great Idea to put in PAR gears just do a full rebuilt too. I'm telling you that its good to fully built engine

We just finished putting them in to My Protege 5 just trying to get the cleance right now and then I'll be on the road again. Cant wait to break them in

A built spicy in San Antonio that Spiced MSP and I saw last Saturday said he put down 250 whp and 300 tq on forged internals with the stock turbo on 19psi (way out of the T25's efficiency range but good numbers). Unichip tuned I believe he said.

got this in the mail yesterday...

I've been thinking about picking up a SteedSpeed just in case (hopefully never happens) my exhaust mani cracks. I figure that by the time something like that happens the SteedSpeeds will be extinct.

My greddy boost solenoid just died on me ugh. Now im boosting at around 11psi which is what the wastegate actuator gives me. Does anyone know of a different solenoid that I can use other than the greddy one which is like $120?

I ordered a 21mm non marring lug nut socket so I can install my black work lug nuts without messing them or my wheels up. I also ordered the a/n fittings and line that I need to install my valve cover.

Anybody know where I can get those plastic clips holding the front wheel splashguards onto the front bumper? I'm looking for some clips for the grill as well. Broke all of them installing the new headlights as they were extremely brittle from old age.
