Correct, That is exactly what I did with the one I had. cut off the panic button and stick the circuit board in there. That key is slightly different design, but looks like the same idea. I just hope the key blade matches. If it does you should be all set.

Head bolts wont be in until Monday, which sucks. Can't wait to drive the damn thing again, it sucks when your DD is down and you get in a wreck in your backup.

Also I picked up the upper timing cover and turbo oil return Oring at the dealer today and saw what I thought was a Black Mica MSP but turned out to be a regular Pro with an 03 spoiler and rear lip. MSPoser FTL

anybody ever had a problem of the car starting to stutter everytime u try to go in boost? when i drive around, I can slowly rew it all the way to 7 grand but as soon as i just try to give it some boost it starts to stutter. replaced coils, wires. plugs, maf and map, and it still does it. WTF???

Sounds like to me you are blowing out your spark. I had this problem and I changed my spark plugs and it fixed it. But you have new plugs. Did you gap them?
