What have you done to your MSP today?

is your whole valve cover as sexy? seem to remember it was textured somewhat. looks damn good though. damn good. might do that to my heat shield

No, thats the only part I did cuz it is textured and it takes time. maybe one day

yea that mothers mag and wheel polish is the s***, just but the powerball attachment for a drill...wet sand it with some 1000 then 2000 grit, and hit it with the power ball, it'll come out like a ******* mirror.
I repolished my brothers injen intake pipes, man...huge difference

and to figuejos, i would take a rag and hand polish a little more around the letters on the heat shield and in the tight areas on the lines. Looks good so far though

I will, just have blisters that im waiting to heal LOL. But im also going to try what you said with the buffing wheel thanks

ya I re-did mine today, just to touch it up, still took a while but go to like Lowes and get the polishing kit with the wheels, it's soo much faster

So jealous of the grip that measurement will get you...

What size 15"s you running? I need to get an autox setup.

Going to be keeping the MSP a while. Been driving it the last few days, and its not broken down *knock on wood*, and actually been a little fun.

Running 225/45/15's. Did my first event of the season last Sunday, and can now confirm, R-comps are the most amazing thing, ever. I still can't put the power down, it just smokes the tires(even on stock boost levels, 6.5 psi), but the corner speed and lateral grip have increased by a pretty large margin.

Now I need to train my brain to look further ahead at these new speeds.

thought it was h7 since the msp has high an low in the same bulb, unless I'm confusing protege and p5 light bulbs

H7 are P5 low beam, i think P5 high beam is 9006, H4 are sedan headlights, H3C are fog lights (i believe, I know regular H3 HID's wont fit in the fog lights)

Thanks for the clearification, i knew h7 was a bulb that was for a protege somewhere, just couldn't remember what.

It's been me and my grinding wheel making some progress. have the holes for the ic piping and moved my power steering lines up and across. When I post the pic later you'll see what I mean

R-Comps are great. My last dedicated autox car was an 03 V6 tiburon on 16" A6's. 235/40's all around and -2.1 camber front -1.9 rear

I also meant what size wheel as in width / offset?

So.... anyone got a spare bolt laying around for the ABS wheel sensor to bolt it to the hub?
My ABS light popped on last night, and found this morning the bolt had come loose on my right front wheel speed sensor.
lolz
If aint one thing its another

ooh ya, forgot about that, I have H3 fog light bulbs from.. crap can't remember their name but anyway they were cheap, and I had to use silicone in the fog light housing to seal it since it wasn't completely solid in there, kinda annoying but oh well, it works
