What have you done to your MSP today?

well ... got the MSP back on the road after swapping out the trans with one from a '93 Probe. so far so good.
just had to turn the boost controller off for now till I get my trans rebuilt. not bad for only $160 out the door.

well, just about to FINALLY get my brother's fuel rail all set, was tightening the last return line to the rail, and I hear a little pop, one of the small mounting bracket screws that goes into the actual fuel rail stripped the thread,(well the housing area did) so now I have to try to get it re-tapped and hope it works after that.. what a PITA, almost had it all set.. but I guess not

Edit: well I was thinking and I figured I would see if one of the other screws might fit into that thread hole, and turns out there was one that was just a tiny bit smaller so that it allowed the bolt to tighten up, so just reset everything, put some super locktight on there and will check it tomorrow after it completely dries to see if it holds.*Fingers crossed*

Finally divorced my exhaust manifold from the blown turbo it was attached to. Looks like its gonna suck going on.

changed the water pump, realized the if you read the directions instead of glance at them you'll see the 125 in/lbs does not equal 125 ft/lbs. I have the FMIC mocked up, need 5mm smaller bolts and it will sit perfect. Put a coat of rustoleum semi-gloss on the crash bar from where i cut it. Gotta say the color match is perfect even though no one will see it.

^^ ya I didn't do that after I cut the crash bar, am getting a little rust on the bottom, I'll have to pull it apart sometime this summer and grind away the rust and spray it, didn't think about it when I was doing it before

is the crashbar easy to pull? thinking of taking mine out and notching it to raise my intercooler up a few inches to fill the grill.

3 bolts on each side, it's everything else you have to move that takes time. i don't think it's too hard

gave it a bath and lots of love!!!

Jose... I love yours. Pics?

Highway, it's been a minute since I've done some serious trolling here. What happened to your MSP? I see the sig says "Kaboom."
