What have you done to your MSP today?

Lets see, today at work I found a guy that can weld for me, so gotta get my exhaust to work so they can weld on a bracket for me and fix a hole in the perrin i got. So I'm getting there. And I will have a price of the Ceramic coating of my Turbo mani, Downpipe, and my turbo housing.

Figured out my exhaust leak was being caused by a crappy cometic exhaust mani gasket and that my manifold is not cracked at all. Replaced it with a felpro 3 layer steel gasket, replaced all stock studs and bolts with ARP studs and viola, no more leak. I just ordered some YellowSpeed Coilovers (and a few other goodies) from Ken at ProtegeGarage & I also ordered some General Exclaim UHP's for a great price through one of our wholesale accounts. Must be my MSPs birthday or something, lol.

got the FMIC piping routed, cut, and clamped down. Thunder mani bolted down and a quick start to look for leaks. so far so good.

drained my radiator, replaced the leaking water return elbow that caused my car to overheat yesterday, replaced the thermostat, and refilled with fresh coolant.

^Ouch! Got my car back on the road. Replaced both front wheel bearings, both tie rod ends, and both front endlinks. I'll have to wait till spring to afford new control arms. Sucks that the ball joint arn't servicable, at least from what I've come across. Today I'll be repainting the to indentation in the bottom on the front bumper where it hit the car dolly that I towed it with. I didn't think my car was that low? Oh well, debating on painting them the same color or blacking them out to make them look like individual splitters. Probably just going to go with titanium.

might aswell get the urathane bushings for the lower control arm when you replace them

might, emphasis on might, be getting a new set of wheels. more details when it does or doesn't happen

Hate. That is all. Carry on.

Got a call from the body shop, car is all done.
Repaint front bumper, repaint front lip, repaint hood, remove dent and repaint left rear quarter panel, repaint rear bumper, blend in all newly painted areas to un-repainted areas. Took 5 days and cost me $1060.63. Not too shabby. Sucks that I have to wait until monday to pick it up because of school.

hooked up the datalogging wire on my SSAFC to my AEM UEGO and just set the coefficients to show AFR instead of voltage. Now to do some WOT pulls later today

i pretended to want to trade my msp in at a local dealer so i can test drive an R32 ;). .... i still have my msp .
