Yesterday I purchased a replacement used MAF for my failing one.

Today I ordered new AWR rear sway bar bushings to replace the worn ones in my AXR clunk-fix brackets.

I'm also ordering a set of Progress or H&R lowering springs and Tokico HP struts.

Also purchasing new tires, most likely going to go with Hankook Ventus V4 ES H105 ($420 shipped - $30 rebate=$390 shipped) unless somebody has a better suggestion...

and that should conclude this month's pimp-slap to my finances...

hey Matrix, just curious, how much you buy that used MAF for? just wondering what they are going for these days

$50 shipped, FedEx here on the forums. I'm pretty sure that's on the cheaper side of the spectrum, so I jumped on it like Kirstie Alley on a twinkie.

Somebody else on the forums is selling one for $90, I think...

Yup, the oil sandwich plate wont work for the msp.
On that note, i hooked up the oil pressure gauge today. Its around 60psi on cold start. Also wired the gauge to be on Amber all the time. I hated it when it would switch from white to amber whenever it wanted. Also, found some screws in the my turnk. Damn amp screws keep falling off and one of the bolts that hold it all up came off. Explains the weird noise i hear when i drive around. Today was a good day. :)

Just waiting for onlinemazda to send me the part so i can drive it.

What does it read at idle after the car has been driven for a while? Mine is fine at start and for a little while. But after driving it for a while, it will go down to zero at idle. Kinda weird, because the car runs absolutely fine, so oil pressure couldn't possibly be zero.
