What have you done to your MSP today?

not a fan of eyelids but it looks good in that spicy MSP, also looks very nice the corners of the bumper, in the bottom in black...

That sucks man, i have a CEL too... not sure what it is though probally system to lean cause thats what i had before, but is that the rich code????

also how is my car wearing lipstick lol, are you talking about the grill or the painted lip??
 
Bead blasted my turbo mani,turbo exhaust housing and the s-pipe last night and the b**** looks like it just rolled off the assembly line.
 
Threw some CEL. Bet it's the O2 sensor since I've gone catless. Think I'm going to swap out to a different midpipe. Felt slower lately. Need to do a bunch of s***.

I've got a 626 mani just sitting there, waiting to be installed, but I want to figure out this damned idle problem before I go dicking about and making it worse.

that is one thing that i havent had was a cell from not cat, but whats up with your idle??? mine was acting really weird for awhile, i would have to give it gas and keep it at 1k rpm at the least to keep it from stalling when i was stopped at a light, my car was running so lean that it choked its self out, but i got a new upstream O2 and it fixed the idle after a lil bit and its still a lil rough but it idles now, but i still have a CEL.

Its the EVAP system leak code. I have read that they can detect the smalled EVAP leak as in the size of a needle point. So I'm not sweating it just yet but I would like to get it fixed.
 
could be it....happened on our P5 recently....it was 3 or 4 days after i got gas and it came on for the same thing. Took off the cap, put it back on and retightened it and pulled the INJ fuse to clear the CEL and it never came back...
Like 200+ miles ago. I retightened the cap but who knows. Might need to buy a new one.
 
I installed my new front mount last night. It is twice as big as my old intercooler, and twice as thick. Also installed my new to me Blitz BOV. I have suspicions that my old HKS was leaking and the old FMIC was too small for the new turbo. Spool up it almost instantaneous, very little lag now. I will have pics up soon.
 
I started installing SS AFC today, got everything read to cut into the wires. I took a little break because i needed my car. Have to wait untill i know i have 2h or so of free time!

Occasionally sitting at a light it'll dip, but the real problem is that if I'm coming out of 2500+ RPM to neutral or just holding in the clutch it occasionally stalls. Very much a problem when you're trying to get around somebody, onto an exit ramp, and then have to turn. Scared the piss out of me first time it happened. I can mitigate the problem by releasing throttle, in gear, roll for a second or two, and then shift out of gear, but this is really the sort of problem that shouldn't exist in the first place.
 
I think that it is very possible that it leaked, because now spool up time is vastly improved. There was some damage on the bottom plate thanks to bad Idaho roads.

The new FMIC is tall enough to touch the bottom of the grill. I'm debating on "cutting" three holes in the bumper to utilize more of the intercooler, but I don't want to cut up this car at all.
