What have you done to your MSP today?

You can just recirculate it and it won't bog or relocate your MAF sensor between the throttle body and the bov. The reason it bogs is because the MAF is registering air that isn't making it into your intake manifold because its being vented to the atmosphere when you blow off. This causes extra gas and bogs you.

i know this...but i am running the dual setup and from what i have read, if done right, i shouldn't be having this problem. Im pretty sure if my BOV was adjustable i could tighten it down to not be so sensitive.

i'll check it tomorrow, but im about 99% sure there was no screw on the back... its the newer HKS SSQV and i don't think its adjustable. Damn... guess im gonna have to find a new cold pipe and a new bov that is adjustable...

That's the exact reason I got a Greddy Type-S. I have no clue why HKS stopped making their bov adjustable.
 
started pulling my turbo out last night to swap a 30r. now I am thinking I should finally build my block. my luck may run out with this turbo

are you putting the 30r in the stock location? if so it wont fit and yea your more then likely going to blow the motor with it lol
 
damn S.A.MSP I loved your car dude but that BENZ is off daaaaaa chaiinn.. lol I love those Mercedes'. They look hard as hell. I don't know what my future plans for my MSP are anymore. I've had it since Aug. 2007 and I absolutely love it but might keep it slightly modded and get something stronger and more reliable later. This car is just WAYYY to expensive to make fast and reliable.

Turkey or bogging. I'll take turkey any day.

If I remember right I did the dual for a little while with my Greddy Type-s and I still bogged. Not as bad but it was still there. Best bet is to relocate your maf.

just picked up hard pipes and a ss afc. now if I can just get a day off from work i can install all the parts i have collected the last few weeks.
