You still have it?
Unfortunately yes. No one seems to want a barely used MSP. Oh well it'll sell eventually.
You still have it?
Installed the SSQV and cold pipe today in about 30 min...now just need to deal with the bogging issue...and its running the dual setup....
Is there a way to adjust the hks? That will probably help you out a lot.

I too just installed my HKS SSQV and cold pipe and it doesn't seem to run the same way it used too. The HKS seems to be extremely touchy and 'blows off' even if i barely tap the throttle... is that the way its supposed to be?
thats odd i know mine will release presure but i dont have any stall or even a little stumble with my HKS
Today i washed it. but whats the point. Its still got steelies on. why you ask? cause the forum member i bought wheels from doesnt seem to give a s*** about our 1200.00 deal.
I went down to visit a buddy of mine at who works at the local Mazda dealer at the parts counter and we made an exciting discovery. I placed an order for something that everyone says you cannot order or get from Mazda. I am not going to be specific on the part(s), but the order should be in on Wed. (April 16th). If the part(s) do show up on the 16th, everyone who owns a MSP will be happy and I will post part numbers.
I am not going to reveal the part(s) now, incase it is a false alarm. I don't want to have everyone going to the dealer and ordering these and then not getting them.
Look for my update on Wed.

no, you can adjust it, there should be a set screw near the back of it, tighten it a little at a time until it blows off when you want
i'll check it tomorrow, but im about 99% sure there was no screw on the back... its the newer HKS SSQV and i don't think its adjustable. Damn... guess im gonna have to find a new cold pipe and a new bov that is adjustable...
forge is adjustable, check out this link and see if yours looks like this:

You can just recirculate it and it won't bog or relocate your MAF sensor between the throttle body and the bov. The reason it bogs is because the MAF is registering air that isn't making it into your intake manifold because its being vented to the atmosphere when you blow off. This causes extra gas and bogs you.
