What have you done to your MSP today?

Had the vacuum lines properly enclosed and retightened intercooler piping and now the turbo is running perfect. Next mod is springs, looking to be a summer install.

Try to find eibach sportlines. Best ride/drop combination. Not as aggressive handling as the prokit but still better than stock. Hard to get your hands on though.

i dont think you need to be scared in this car. plenty of ground clearance even when lowered

Ehh... I guess you live in a flat place heh. I've messed my front lip up many times stock and lowered. Sportlines were 2" drop. Looks good.

I'll be selling the setup on my car soon.

I would have to look to see what they are. They came on the car and I haven't messed with them since I bought the car last fall. Pretty sure they are a aftermarket brand strut with Tein springs, but not for sure.

Finished cleaning up the rust in the trunk and bed lining it. I like how it came out . Now I'm not satisfied and I'm gonna pull the interior and get rid off all sound deadening, then grind down all visible rust and paint n bedline. Once that's done that should stop any future rust from forming .

What should I use on the seams with that caulking on it? So far I've been finding rust under it in some spots.

Going to put the car back into the air tonight before I leave the shop and get this oil leak identified so I can get it fixed this weekend.

Back of the block? Probably the oil cooler gasket, they are ~$5. Unless it's the oil feed line for the turbo/oil pressure sender.

I'll try. I wanna do around an inch of a drop. I just don't want to be scared of any speed bump or potholes.
You may want a little more drop once you have them on, I thought my springs would drop it too much but it looks perfect. Tein S techs, and I highly recommend them. Be sure when looking for springs to take off .75" from the rear drop listed due to the MSP factory struts, EXCEPT for road magnet springs which are made for the MSP (and a 1" drop all around).

I have hit my lip a couple times since lowering but the roads here are pretty damn nice compared to up north. Potholes and speedbumps are about the same though, its curbs you have to watch out for.

Stock springs in the rear with new Tokico HPs (.75" drop)

curious... been mucking with wifes es for a while tonight.. i thought id change the front rotors and pads cause they were pretty overdue for a change. the vibration hasnt gone away. not sure what to check out next without spending a bunch of money. 270km. tiptronic. basically any time the car is in motion there is this vibration that feels like a tire thats out of balance. gets worse with speed and is quite loud at highway speed. though two sets of tires, both new in 2014 exhibit the same problem. so that made me think warped brakes.. the old ones did seem to wobble the caliper when i had the front end up in the air and running in drive. did that, same problem. though.. maybe something wrong with the calipers? cause there was a definite drag on them. swapped my p5 calipers in and it seems a little better, as in the brakes aren't dragging like they hitting a warp or anything but that was prob not the problem and ill change them back. axles dont look to be wobbling too much. not as much as what i would expect when looking up bend axle on youtube.. can spindles bend? at 270km bearings are a posibility but both front tires seem to wobble a little bit which of course might be in my head.. frustrating.

If it is a bearing you'll most likely hear it more when you turn. I had a junk caliper that I just changed that would work off and on and the other times it would be slightly on causing a crazy amount of vibration. I would check that and if anything get new rotors or have them turned.

That's what I'm thinking it is. Had to put brakes on my girlfriends Accord last night, so I didn't get time to check it out.

Brand new rotors. I tried the p5 calipers with some old pads. Couldn't see any wobble in the brakes but when you put the wheel on you can definitely see some wobble in it. No feedback in the brakes. Leaning to axle. But might pull the passenger half shaft and try letting it run on the stands again. Both front wheels have a little unevenness but passenger pretty visual.

If they're the ones I had on there, Eibach Pro-Kit w/ blues. springs were put on at about 50k but have a million mile warrenty so no issues there.

Also I can't really isolate which side the rumble is coming from. Pop the hood it almost seems like its coming from trans area but all gears seem fine. Dif problem?
While driving not really a particular feedback from either side. Just a low frequency rumble in cabin that drowns out speach. Doesn't get worse with any steering inputs, break inputs ect. Steering wheel vibrates but doesn't ocilate like bad tire.
