Or is all the way "out" technically supposed to be 0 degrees?

Some companies like awr and ksport have a bigger slot for more camber adjustment. I would say you are close to 1.5-1.75 right now. Just guessing by the relation to the center compared to my setup right now, but I have never worked with yellow speeds before. They be able to tell you when they fix your toe issue.
Ah ok, So I'm probably at about 2 degrees where its at now is what youre saying? Would explain why it looks so cambered. Where would you suggest I get it to?
I run 2 degrees with my race setup. Anything more than that isn't needed unless you want weird tire wear and you tires to squeel. When I first intalled my awr's I had it close to 4 degrees camber and my toe was wack at the same time. The car was all over the place and unpredictble when turning sometimes.
You can adjust this the full range of the slot you see, just have to move around the locking hex bolts to new holes if you need more adjustment one way or another.
^Yes
so do you think you could get 2 degrees of camber outta the yellowspeeds? im interested in them but need camber adjustments... my setup i want is going to have me between 2-3
looks like the plates are the same... http://www.protegegarage.com/1721-yellow-speed-dynamic-pro-coilovers-mazdaspeed-protege.htmlAre the plates the same? My rear plates don't adjust and are a little less than 1 degree.
thats a stock photo, not a photo of the protege kit....this is what they look like:
