What have you done to your MSP today?

That bump is the molded spot for the crankshaft pulley, its there to protect the pulley and belts from water, debris, etc. Yesterday I replaced my plug wires (2) godawful 63 dollar wires, and I replaced my pcv grommet, replaced my passenger side headlight for the 14th time, and finally got witherstripping between my smic and radiator. The plug wires actually seemed to improve the cars power, noticeably. I believe I had the stockers still on it.

Thad.

63 bucks for 1.5 spark plugs wires if that lol A full set of wires for my 302 in my other car is cheaper then the wires for the MSP... werid huh

Yes the wired are cheaper but bear in mind that 302 305 327 350 351 383 454 496 etc are a dime a dozen. Also coil over plug design always costs more up front but can be cheaper after the cost of distributer cap rotor and coil

drove it and met up with a few mazdas in my area to include a boosted p5...

i admire guys that go out there and modify thier car to that degree, i.e. turboing a P5, but I got a hangup on guys that do the work then drive it around looking like that. I understand that is a big intercooler and looks like he did his own pipe kit but still something is to be said for putting the car back comletely together before you go out cruising around like that.

more airflow man lol

but in all seriousness. i agree. put the bumper back on. its not like its difficult. theres a srt4 neon running around here like that. but its stock intercooled and piping kit. so nothing specail

yeah, he did his own piping. He doesn't have the front bumper on because it cracked on him since he is lowered and had a DG lip on it which I have now. He is in the process of getting another bumper for it and this weekend he is starting on the body work to include bondo, primer and eventually he wants to paint it spicy orange..lol He also has a fully built bottom end sitting in storage waiting for tax time so he can get some headwork done and plans on running a GT30 or bigger

^Ya, I was about to chime in. Sometimes things are a work in progress... Doesn't mean he's done with it and plans to leave the bumper off forever, lol.

New alignment, check. New tires, check. Local auto-x on Sunday and trailer hitch next week as I start the inventory and prep for my trip to the SCCA National Championship in 2.5 weeks.
