What have you done to your MS3 today?

Sat around all day waiting to get home to open my birthday presents (at least got rallyarmor UR flaps that were left out in the open for me to see a few weeks ago :P). Sigh work.

well I didnt pull in my garage far enough so the door hit my bumper (headshake , luckily it was with the rubber part so it left no mark (sssh)

tell me more about that; pretty easy to do?
There are several ways to do it, and several choices in horns too.
I took the "easy way out" and did this.
It's been on there for nearly 2 yrs now and so far, so good. Of course I am not one to "lay on the horn" for long either.

The way I had to do it was actually replace the OE horn w/the AM low tone using the stock bracket to mount it and attach the OE horn to that using the new bracket. AM horn on top, OE horn on the bottom. Then a simple piggybacked jumper wire from one to the other. Done!!
It's not pretty, but it hasn't caused any problems and it works.

I woke up and went outside and there was this wierd cold white stuff on the MS3. I've never seen that before here in southern(ish) Florida.(eek2) I didn't know what it was so I left the MS3 alone today. The wierd cold white stuff was on my grass, too and killed it so I didn't want to take any chances. It went away when the sun came out more so I hope its ok.

You did the right thing. This weird white stuff might be something i have seen before. I say leave this stuff to the professionals. If you ever decide to go up against it, be sure you have the proper equipment at least!

so after I installed my new horn, now when I click lock twice on my keyless it dosint honk. Is this just cuz it dosint have enough power for both horns? The horn works fine otherwise...

Lol, I grew up in Michigan so I've seen plenty of snow, but I've been in Florida for 15+ years and this is he first time the frost was ever visible on my car(dunno) It hit the 20's where I live. I'm not complaining because it could be much worse but I found it amusing. I should have taken a picture to capture this rare event.

Got my AutoExe black carbon fiber shift knob on. Looks and feels great. Larger than I expected, which is just fine, and it comes with the correct 6-speed decal (I worried about having to swap knobs for valets). The only downside is that it's lighter than stock, but no biggie.

I will have to look into that knob,

I took mine in and got the oil changed, chatted with fellow speed 3 owner at the dealer. Then I came home and put my new pair of fog lights in, one burned out so ECS Tuning dot com sent me a new pair fo free.

Paid a visit to Ken of ProtegeGarage today and had him install my Cobb SRI. He did it in 10 degree weather with no gloves and a smile the whole time. Massive props :)
