What have you done to your MS3 today?

Took the front badge off last night so I could spray paint it and the black part behind it.

Just need some spray paint now, in colors as close as possible.

Well as of yesterday we might not have our 3 any more. Will have pictures up sometime, but it will be close if not totalled. High speed tee bone on the passenger's side. My wife's car, she was driving and thank goodness nobody especially her was hurt. The car did it's job in the situation.

We have talked about it a little, she mentioned she'd like to stay with a Mazda. I was thinking of getting a CX7 in a couple months, so I think she might be interested in one of those now. We're trying not to look into it too much until we know what is final with this 3. It was a great car and she already misses the hell outta it. But if she does get the CX7 that frees me up from getting the more responsible vehicle for my next one and then it is either MS6 or RX8 time for me.




On a side note, I have a set of Mazdaspeed lowering springs and a Twin Charger CAI for the 3, anyone interested?

Funny, how Mazda mailed me touch up paint about 2 months in. I've got those chips too, in cosmic blue. I attached spiritually to the car by searching for suspension bits today.

cleaned/vacuumed her out, put black magic protectant over EVERYTHING, tightened the boost tubes on the TMIC - all factory, but pretty loose

Emptied out my 2nd cat, got all my lowend powr back after i had lost
a little from the cpe cai. Car shreads the tires in 2nd gear just getting
on the throttle slightly.
Car is running awesome now, lowend and topend power greatly increased.
Turbosmart bov and removal of one resonator are next on my to do list.

tinted my car. it brought out the silver soo much it looks great as soon as i have a good sunny day ill take some pictures.

1. Installed spin-on filter conversion
2. Performed first oil change with Pennzoil Platinum 5W-30
3. Installed Cobb intake
4. Spun wheels through 1st, 2nd, and part of 3rd for the first time.

This car rules.

I started folding my mirrors in when I park in my driveway at night.
Seems that the local Cardinals are attracted to my 3's true redness and they perch on the mirrors and try to feed their reflection.
I've been coming out to my doors and mirrors covered in birdshit and vomit every morning.
Bleh.
