What have you done to your MS3 today?

I washed the rear window at the gas station and watched all the dirt/mud run down my rear bumper.

Time for another car wash. Hope it doesnt rain the next day this time, or get covered in bird s*** the day after, like last time.

I turned the car on. It reciprocated.

LOL I love the cadillac commerical where the chick says that. Makes me laugh everytime. And I know all about the weather after washing the car. It usually snows the day after I get all the salt and nastiness off of it. I just drove the car today.. but yesterday I got a set of Eibach Sportlines for a pretty good deal. Getting things in order to install in the spring.

i discovered that if I drive behind my buddy's ms3 for about 15 min it shuts off my tmps light for a couple days

The guitar track to that commercial is "Stars" by HUM. Just a random music fact. :)

BTW, Jbiiird, I am probably going to buy another TMIC hahaha. The car isn't the same without it.

haha yet again, your loss is my gain. I love this thing, too bad its snowy and icy and the car is parked and not going anywhere near the salty roads...

While chipping ice off the back window of my car today I accidently ripped the entire ZoomZoom sticker right off of it. Makes me sad, I loved that sticker...

This thread is for positive change... like new mods. I don't think ripping off the Zoom-Zoom sticker is THAT kind of mod. (rlaugh)

j/k

If I hadn't given mine away o'er 2 yrs ago I'd send you a new one, but alas..... The poor girl (Velo Red 3i) just had to have it!! What can I say?
'Sides, Mazda sent me two white stickers for my white car. (spin)

Got my second oil change today. Took almost 3 hours just like the first time. not going through that again. Waiting for my test pipe to get here but today I am going to fix the cowl rattle. Its been driving me nuts! The dealer told me they did not have time to look at it. They are minus one service customer.

Dayum!! 3 hrs to change the oil and they didn't have time to check the cowl rattle, a now known issue w/some Speeds? And I thought (know) my stealership was bad.

I got my MS3 stuck in the mud today. Definitely not fun.

Jacked up the car for the first time to get boards under the tires. It doesn't take much to get the tires off the ground, which is new (and appealing) to me.

I mounted my ETS 3.5 today. Easy, and drove her a bit I am quite happy. No data logging yet. Just wanted off kitchen table! Correction: Mounted IC on vehicle. And drove the CAR a bit, and waited for the ups truck some more. They deliver up till like 500 oclock right!?

Hit the dealer today for an oil change - took 6 quarts of Castrol 5w 30.

Then put it up on ramps, pulled the bottom cover and inspected the powertrain for any signs of leakage or seepage - thankfully I found none. I was really surprised at how pristine the bottom of the car was even after 28k miles.

Then I jacked up the tranny, pulled battery box (cleaned it and the battery of dust)and checked the tranny mount torque. My tq wrench clicked at 114 ft/lbs - very happy. I still tightened it to 119ft/lbs for added safety. I also visually inspected the rubber on both mounts (rear and tranny)for any signs of excessive wear - didn't see any obvious problems.

getting the 15k maintenance service done on it, and having them check out a whining noise from the tranny in 6th, between 45mph-55mph. other than that, im having fun driving around a nissan versa lol...(notcool)

Well as of yesterday we might not have our 3 any more. Will have pictures up sometime, but it will be close if not totalled. High speed tee bone on the passenger's side. My wife's car, she was driving and thank goodness nobody especially her was hurt. The car did it's job in the situation.
