Took it to the dyno to help diagnose my popping problem..... It is much worse when the hood is open and you are over the motor.... It's only under full load and boost and is coming from the left side of the valve cover when you are looking at the motor. We determined this with a stethoscope and some pulls. It sounds like rattling/banging/popping when outside of the car looking at the motor. The guy at the shop did some research and believes it might be the valve timing chain... FML. Dropping the car of to a mechanic that owns a Speed3 that works at Ford tomorrow morning. I am currently not happy with the speed3.
Also end links I ordered do not fit our sway bars even though they say they do.
I also get an odd rattling type sound when WOT. This makes me unhappy as well.
I always figured it was my battery box (clips broken) or the coolant overflow tank (basically clipped to fender).
BOOO.
LOL! I also received O2 sensor codes today! P2251 and P0134.

Ps. Ignore the packing material in the fins and such, I need to clean it up a bit.
You also might want to consider upgrading your motor mounts if you haven't already. My ETS TMIC smacked the underside of my hood a couple times in my '09 MS3, but a TRZ rear motor mount solved the problem.
