What have you done to your MS3 today?

Engine codes have not re-appeared since I fixed the wiring so today I reinstalled my Cobb SRI and HKS SSQV BPV.

Boost now spikes to around 16-17psi and holds roughly 13psi. All hose clamps are tight, no boost leaks as far as I can tell.

Get back to work... and you owe me a cobb accessport box. (hump)

OH crap! I completely forgot about the box. PM me your phone number again. I'll give you a call when I'm in town with the box.

threw an impact onto the upper strut mounts just to make sure they were tight and the clunk is still there. beyond aggravated now. I hate when the simple things aren't the issue.

I beat a BMW 3 (must have been a 323i) That 2.5L engine is sooo sweet!! :)

I'm assuming a bit of sarcasm here.

I must say, however, the 2.5L is actually a really well balanced engine. All the way to redline, you can't even feel what RPM you are at....

Compare this to the Speed3 where is feels like your car is going to explode anywhere above 4500RPM (sad2)

installed a few days ago now, PG Manifold v3 and Corksport Downpipe - PITA but glad its done

Got my TRZ rear poly mount today. Install this weekend along with a CS testpipe. any tips??

filled her up on thurday at a shell ($0.05 off every thursday). boring i know, but this was after i made the decision to go completely ultimate conservative on my last tank just to see how much my mpgs would change.

i did things like go the exact speed limit, barely used boost (would back off when i heard the cai start sucking), sacrificed using the defroster a couple times which meant i had to blast hot air through the rest of the vents to help counter it a little. i even went as far as leaving the display on "current consumption" so i could watch in real time if i was saving fuel, even though it's not exact it could still help.

and after all of that, driving the same exact routes i take daily, how much more was i able to squeeze out of that tank? an extra whopping 2mpg! so basically that tank i was able to save whatever a gallon of premium cost. i do about 35 miles a day, and at one point im on I95 which is where i would make the best mileage

but honestly, is it worth saving $3 by being the slowest one on the road, being in the right lane of I95, or not hearing the intake woosh?

yea i don't think so, F that!

I get outrageously better gas mileage when I baby it, but I only have to drive a max of two miles from home to school. I also get much better gas mileage when I am on the highway which right now is never. I go from 24 - 31 almost. I could honestly get a tank to last me 4 months if I just take the transit, but I am too cool for that. LMAO.

Rotated my tires and put in the trz dogbone mount. And I gotta say I absolutely love the vibes I get with this thing. Started to put the testpipe in but the sun was rapidly going down and when I went to put one of the spring bolts back on the TP>CBE, the end was stripped so I couldn't get one of the bolts back in. Could I install some bolts that aren't spring loaded?? I'm still a newb so bare with me. :)
