What have you done to your Miata today?

Lets see... 4 new Dunlop Star Specs, Racing beat sways, 2001 console, new foglamps, new top (its going to the upholstery shop tomorrow to be installed), rear diff drain/fill, coolant drain & fill w/ Toyota red, brand new OEM floormats... much more to come.. someones going to get a realllly nice Miata when I sell it, LOL

Let me know when you do, my better half wants her own Miata...

Installed the Flyin' Miata pedals that I've had for over 2 years now (I bought them for the gas pedal extension... this was before they sold the gas pedal extension separately).

Put the hard top on in preparation of the polish and wax it's going to get this weekend.

Very cool Pablo. How long did that take you? I'd love to switch the green to orange on my Miata.

in the NA, the green is on the gauge faces themselves

You CAN remove it, but it's not easy. I know Tony (DemonIam) did it on his

Finished adding 45W halogen fogs and 35W HIDs in the turn signals to my fancy new bumper.

please tell me the HID's are on their own remote switch??

They're EPIC daytime running lights if so! I likes

Curious to see how they'll hold up (the plastic) to the HID's. . . might have to slap a set in mine and remove the Canadian DRL module

I'm hoping to forgo the flip-ups entirely, modify them to open part-way, and use them a flip-up cold air intakes. The fogs by themselves throw more light, in a better pattern, that the flip-ups ever did I think. Going to road test it tonight.

The HIDs are wired to the flip-up bulb connector (male quick-disconnects plug in perfectly) and the fogs are wired in as DRLs (at least until I put them on a switch).

HIDs are supposed to be more efficient than incandescents, and the clear turn signal housing has a bit of ventilation, so I think there's a good chance they'll survive. We shall see!

so you plan on using those HID's in the turnsigals at night as headlights??? EPIC facepalm - *to shield eyes from blindness*

Also, what foglights you install?

Hehe, I know it'll glare badly, but I think I've driven that car at night a total of 5 times in the last two years. If it turns out to be insufferable the plan is to put some projector HIDs in their place.

The fog lights are 2000 Dodge Neon fog lights to fit into the 2000 Dodge Neon front bumper that was grafted onto my OE Miata bumper.
