What have you done to your Miata today?

That's a good looking enclosure dude, nice job. Shoot me a PM with what the schedule you're looking at for Saturday is.

I'm not familiar with the ECU, but sounds like you need to do some logging when that happens and modify the tune

Problem with that is I can't find the cable needed to connect to an OG palm pilot (not a palm os, an original palm pilot) and the ecu

The link doesn't put out obdII codes either

Can't you use a laptop?

programable through a palm pilot? interesting... I googled link ecu for miata and found this, is that it?

Not programable by palm, but that's how you data log, then you plug In the keypad and make changes.

But no, that's not the connector/wire needed. But thanks for looking

Do I still have to bring a cheesecake?

I'd probably get over it, but see, I told Jen there'd be cheesecake, and I don't want to be here if she finds out there isn't any... (rlaugh)

Can't data log hooked up to a laptop?

Yes, but i would still need the seriallink adapter, which i can't find anywhere

nada

I'm trying to find someone who has one that

can't find anything online for diagrams

If you know the connector types, I can nearly guarantee that Fry's or Microcenter carries what you need.

it's not just a cable, it's a circuit board in a box with cables coming out of it, just heard back from Keith at Flyin Miata

It's not something i can fab up without proper schematics. I sent LINK an email asking if i can get the schematics since it's not in production anymore, but from what i've been reading is they're REALLY slow to reply
