What have you done to your Miata today?

Drove mine to work :)

I have this extremely annoying rattling in my exhaust right by the transmission after the car fully warms up. I'm thinking its the heatshield on the cat hitting the cat, due to it being smashed up lol

K noobs, 4x4 would not fix this problem. lol. It rattles while driving, not when I scrape. I mean yes, it was done due to slamm but the damage is done, raising it will not fix the sound lol

is it just when your moving or when you rev the car?

Both, only on higher pitches. I have to rev kind of high to get it to do it sitting still. I laid my head on the ground and revved and it sounds like the cat, I just haven't got under there to look but I know the cat bottoms out all the time so it only makes sense.

Yes, its because I'm slammed its rattling, however you say the fix is to raise it but it wouldn't fix it. That'd be like if I ripped my bumper due to slam and your fix is to raise it but then I just have a high miata with a ripped bumper (unamused)

Is there any way I can check, w/o pulling it out? I mean, it doesn't smash into the ground, it just scrapes the ground just like my protege cat did but it never got any damage either other than a scraped up heatshield.

How can I haz this xray vision?

I saw the cat when I installed the corksport like a month ago, looked fine on both ends.
